When several students go missing from a distinguished English boarding school that numbers several elite and aristocratic bloodlines among its student body, Earl Ciel Phantomhive and his indomitable butler, Sebastian, infiltrate the lush grounds and stately halls of this established house of learning at Her Majesty's behest. But this cannot be accomplished without a little masterful artifice. The butler takes on the role of tutor, his master a student - parts to which both more than just a little accustomed. As their dorm lives of deceit begin, the eyes of both master and servant turn upon the conspicuous waistcoats of the school prefects, from whose attention nothing at school escapes..
A no.1 New York Times bestseller! The butler of Phantomhive manor is simply too good to be true...or perhaps he's just too good to be human...
