A man's past condemned him. But who delivered the sentence?
Clive Palmer's dark history followed him long after his release from prison. A disgraced history teacher, he sought refuge in a quiet Wiltshire village, hoping to leave his mistakes behind. Ten months later, he was found stabbed and mutilated—a crime as chilling as the secrets he tried to escape.
Detective Gus Freeman and his Crime Review Team specialise in uncovering long-buried truths, but Palmer's murder is unlike anything they've faced before. As they delve into his tainted past, they unravel a web of grudges, betrayals and unanswered questions. Each discovery brings them closer to a truth more unsettling than the crime itself.
Did Clive Palmer's past seal his fate, or is his murder hiding an even darker story?
Tame the Storm is a gripping cold-case thriller that explores the blurred lines between justice, vengeance, and redemption.
