As a little girl tours and twirls through the halls of the art museum, she experiences different emotions motivated by the different styles of art, and when confronted with an empty canvas, she, too, is energized to create and express herself. As Peter Reynolds writes, "This book reminds us that art is meant to cause the audience to feel, and even be challenged and mystified. It is with deep thinking and feeling that we truly experience art."
A glorious celebration of the joy and inspiration (as well as exhaustion) that a trip to the museum can evoke, illustrated by the bestselling author/illustrator of The Dot, Peter H. Reynolds.
