Offering a timely account of current knowledge regarding free tissue transfer in the head and neck, this abundantly illustrated text focuses on microvascular head and neck reconstruction but also provides a general overview of contributions from related specialties. Editors Neligan (U. of Washington, Seattle) and Wei (Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan) were separated by distance during the preparation of the book, but their joint vision for it arose from their training many years ago with Ralph Manktelow and Ron Zuker in Toronto.
