Blind Date

I see him every morning on the 7.15. He doesn't know my name yet. But he will. He boards the train, same carriage, same seat, same half-smile he gives the woman by the doors. I know his stop, his coffee, the podcast playing through his earbuds. He has no idea I exist. Then I see the post. Shared over a million times, his face right there on my screen — searching for a woman on the 7.15. So, I reply. And when we meet, it's everything I always knew it would be.
