"Famous for the sultry, slinky femmes fatales in his comic books, Hall-of-Fame artist Wallace Wood also flirted with adult comics during the 1950s, '60s, and '70s -- before embracing them fully in the 1980s. This is the most complete collection of Woodwork from his 'altenate career' in erotica ever assembled -- from his early gag cartoons in Dude and Gent to his sly sexy parodies of Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty to his wicked takes on Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz -- to his all-out raunch version of Snow White. But that's not all. Wood also takes aim at comics icons in such stories as 'Stuporman Meets Blunder Woman, ' 'Flasher Gordon, ' 'Starzan, ' and even his own 'Sally Forth.' Also in this collection, you'll find Wood's biting commentarieson sex and society in 'Brave Nude World, ' and 'My Word, ' all of his covers for Screw magazine -- and his scandalous 'Disneyland Memorial Orgy!'"--Back cover.
