This bright, sturdy board book is a fabulous celebration of puppy-dog love and friendship, featuring a die-cut cover and Sandra Boynton’s legendary pizzazz! Based on the song wonderfully sung by Dwight Yoakam on Frog Trouble (Boynton’s celebrated country music album), I’ve Got a Dog is a jaunty and captivating board book about the many ways a dog brings joy and companionship. Whether they are howling tunes or sitting quietly by your side, when you've got a dog, you’ve got a lifelong friend. I've got a dog. And he’s got me. / We get along so easily. Wherever I go, he’s by my side. / I’ve got a dog. I’m satisfied.
Dog fans rejoice! The one and only Sandra Boynton celebrates the paw-sitive puppy power of sharing life with a favorite furry friend in her Boynton on Board widow board book format, I'VE GOT A DOG!
